Samsung’s Galaxy Note 3 is yet to land in the hands of consumers but the peeps over at sammobile have managed to get there hands on a test firmware. Of course you cannot flash this firmware unless you are a Samsung insider testing the Note 3 but developers can use this to port features from Note 3 to other phones, you can get a wallpaper dump etc.
