We know that recently launched Apple Iphone 5s features 64 bit processor and Apple claims it as world’s first 64 bit processor and now reports say that Samsung has also been working on Exynos 64 bit processor and it’s now in final stages of development.
According to Sammobile, Korean media reported that future smartphones & tablets from Samsung will feature this new processor based on 64-bit architecture. If these reports are true we should see next generation Galaxy S smartphone sporting 64 bit exynos processor.
In other news, though Apple signed a deal with TSMC ( Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company ) earlier this year for manufacturing its processors, the A7 SoC designed by Apple for iPhone 5s is also made by Samsung.
