South Korean site Hankyung is claiming that much anticipated Android smartphone Samsung Galaxy Note III will have 3 GB RAM. It’s a known fact that Original Galaxy Note was launched with 1GB of RAM & Galaxy Note 2 with 2GB.
Rumors also suggest that it will sport a slimmer profile in comparison to earlier Galaxy Note devices & it will come in two variants – one with Snapdragon 800 and other with an Exynos 5 Octa processor depending on market.
Samsung Galaxy Note III is expected to be announced on September 4 at Samsung Unpacked event to be hosted in Berlin.Leaked Galaxy Note III specs include a 5.7″ or 5.9″ 1080p Super AMOLED/LCD screen & 13 MP came & carries design elements of Galaxy S4.
