[Game] For all of you OG Sprinkle game fans out there, now there’s a sequel, ‘Sprinkle Island’

MEDIOCRE Games comes out with the sequel to Sprinkle. Available now in the Play Store.

For those of you hard core Android gamers, I’m sure you’ve played a few levels of the first edition of Sprinkle and enjoyed the hell out of the graphics and water physics that MEDIOCRE took advantage of the tegra 2 with.  I admit, I’m not a huge gamer but the original Sprinkle gave me hours of enjoyment with mind blowing graphics and physics at the time.

Sprinkle Island offers the same fun as the Original Sprinkle and then some!

When playing Sprinkle Island you’re in a moving wooden fire truck on an island with the original little blue guy driving it, putting out house fires caused by falling burning trash.  Which to me adds quite a bit to the game and doesn’t leave you feeling stagnant sitting in one place as Sprinkle did.  As you’re driving through the island you have objects that need to be moved, bridges to drop, great water physics, much better graphics than the original Sprinkle and a Big Boss man to fight at the end of each level (another nice addition).  The controls are almost identical to the original Sprinkle with a few tweaks here and there. It takes two seconds to make the adjustments to some of the new controls.

If you’re a fan of the Original Sprinkle (at over 100,000 downloads for $.99, there’s quite a few of you), Sprinkle Island will blow you out of the water.

The free version of Sprinkle Island only provides you with the first 8 levels to wet your whistle. The paid version is $1.99 and offers the full version of the game. I personally want to applaud Mediocre for having NO IAP’s in either version. Bravo!

You can grab the free version of Sprinkle Island here at the Play store.
