Sony Xperia Z Ultra is now official- 6.4 inch Full HD display and Snapdragon 800 processor

Today Sony Mobile officially announced Xperia Z Ultra , its first Android phablet at Mobile Asia Expo in Shanghai.  It sports 6.4-inch Full HD TRILUMINOS Display, 2.2 GHz Quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2 GB RAM, 16GB of internal storage expandable up to 64GB via microSD card, 8-megapixel rear camera with Exmor RS sensor and 2-megapixel front facing camera, 3000 mAh battery. It will come with Android 4.2 JellyBean with and pen & stylus support

Sony is advertising the new Xperia™ Z Ultra features “The world’s slimmest and largest Full HD smartphone display”.  Below are some more features of this new smartphone from Sony

Sony Xperia Z Ultra will be launched in Q3 2013 in  3 colors – white, black and purple.
