Following up to their launch day announcement of a Moto X with an unlockable bootloader, Motorola’s Google inspired Moto X Developer Edition has made it’s first public appearance on their website. There are not many details listed as it would be the same hardware as the carrier models but does confirm 32Gb onboard storage, special Developer Edition marking and color scheme and, of course, the (warranty voiding) all important unlockable bootloader.
Moto X Developer Edition will have a look all its own, 32 gigs, and of course—an unlockable bootloader.
The Moto X Developer Edition is listed as Coming Soon so no word on when it will be available for purchase but should be available direct from Motorola with pricing comparable to the AT&T exclusive 32Gb model.

Not entirely sure how I feel about this yet. I’ll have some opinions shortly I’m sure.
developers editions are always a nice option to have.
I’d rather have a Google Edition.
