HTC Desire 500, a new mid-range Android smartphone from HTC is coming to UK this August. It was announced b HTC in Taiwan this July and was also made available through some Taiwanese carriers. It comes with Android 4.2.2 JellyBean and includes all major software features from HTC like Sense 5, BlinkFeed, Beats Audio.

1.2 GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 200 processor
1 GB RAM
4GB internal storage with microSD card support ( upto 64 GB )
8 MP rear and 1.6 MP front cameras
1800 mAh battery
HTC Desire 500 comes in colors,Lacquer Black and Glacier Blue and will be available this August on all major carriers in UK , though no information on pricing is known yet. A variant with dual SIM and NFC will also be introduced in selected markets worldwide.
