One click root is now available for Sony Xperia SP, it’s a windows only tool and work on Xperia SP C5302 only. Other Sony phones the one click root has been tested on are the Xperia Z C6603 & Xperia S LT26. The root method will work on both locked and unlocked bootloaders.
You need to have usb drivers installed, usb debugging and unknown sources enabled. Once usb drivers are installed connect phone to pc and double click the bat file. For more details and download links head over to the original thread at xda.
