For all those of you who do not like contracts (I am one of you), HTC is selling the 32GB Sim Unlocked (am pretty sure the bootloader on this can be unlocked as it is not tied to any carrier but no guarantees) version of the HTC One for $580 shipped (standard Fedex shipping, other options are also available) on it’s website.
Please note this is not the developer edition so as mentioned earlier there is no guarantee if the bootloader can be unlocked or not, but the positive side is that you will get warranty from HTC USA, considering that prices on fleebay (or ebay as you may call it) are in excess off $700 and no warranty from HTC USA, this is an awesome price for those of you who are looking for no contract sim unlocked version of HTC One.
