Oppo Find 7 Launching March 19th in Beijing

In the next few weeks we’ll be seeing the Oppo Find 7 launching in Beijing, China. Oppo have given themselves a well deserved good name in the mobile industry, with the Oppo Find 5 in 2012 and the Oppo N1 in 2013 (first phone with custom firmware as an option). The specs that are rumored to come with this device put them right on track to be an awesome device, as the two prior flagships were, and neck and neck with all of the highest end Android devices on the market. At AFN, we do our best to stay far away from any kind of rumors, so there are only a few things we know for certain about it. There is going to be a 5.5-inch QHD (2560×1440-resolution) display coming in at a whopping 538ppi. Oppo has also said that the phone, even though it has a 5.5″ display, will feel like holding a phone with a smaller 5″ display. This seems to indicate something akin to the LG G2 with small, unobtrusive bezels. We also know that the Oppo Find 7 will come with LTE on board, but the supported bands are still unknown. They’ve also advertised a “Touch on Lens”, though whether this is something like the “Knock Knock” feature of the G2, we are still unclear.

Seems like the perfect device for a lot of us phone geeks heading in to 2014. As we learn more, so will you.
