Jason Mackenzie, president of HTC America has tweeted on Android 4.3 update plans for yesteryear’s HTC flagship mobile with Sprint – EVo 4g LTE. In a reply to an user who posed a question on update for EVO 4G LTE, he said that it will receive Android 4.3 update which also includes Sense 5 UI. This update is supposed to be pushed out by the end of the year.

EVO 4G LTE is currently running Android 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean) with HTC Sense 4+ and the last update it received was on 1/31/13 ( software version 3.16.651.3 ) and really waiting for an update to Android 4.2 or later. Sprint variant of current flagship HTC One already received Android 4.3 update.
