Android 4.3 Camera app has been leaked over the internet, it was pictured a month ago along with Android 4.3 at a mobile expo in Thailand. Even though we have no sign of Android 4.3 yet but we now have the camera app from Android 4.3 to play with. Just download and install as a regular apk.
