Hours after Android 4.3 for the Nexus 4 was leaked we now have a flashable zip available for download. For those of you who don’t know a flashable zip is a file which you can flash from a custom recovery like CWM and TWRP. Please make sure to do a factory reset.

The rom is already rooted but in case root does not work for you just flash this from recovery and you should be all good. All credits for the flashable zips go to xda member gmillz.
