Of course this is a limited time offer (21 days left) with limited quanities (few thousand sold already), et cetera, et cetera.
These deals include free shipping in the continental U.S. and carry a 90 day warranty from Asus. If you are looking to get this as a gift, keep in mind these probably will not be in retail packaging as they are refurbished devices.
