More confirmation of the upcoming Google Nexus 5 spec’s has been posted by Gadget Helpline in the form of leaked screenshots of the Android System Information app. Not much new here that we didn’t already know from the leaked Nexus 5 service manual but it is always nice to see something from an actual pre-release device out in the wild.

The chipset on board is a quad-core 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 paired with an Andreno 330 GPU. The Nexus 5 will have 2Gb of RAM and come with either 16Gb, 32Gb of onboard storage but no sdcard support as typical for Nexus devices.
