Official CyanogenMod 10.2 nightly builds available for Samsung Galaxy S4, HTC One, Nexus and more devices now. CyanogenMod 10.2 is based on Android 4.3 released few wees ago. Nightly builds can be downloaded from CyanogenMod Mirror Network here. Merges and latest commits in CyanogenMod 10.2 can be seen here at  CyanogenMod code review website ( Gerrit).
