It didn’t take long for the first Android 4.3 rom built from source and it’s for the the Verizon Galaxy Nexus. Factory image of Android 4.3 for the Verizon Galaxy Nexus is not available from Google as now, but if you are rooted and have a custom recovery installed all you need to do is follow the instructions here and viola you will be running Android 4.3 on your Verizon Galaxy Nexus.
Just to add this is not a rom port, this has been built from source.
