AT&T HTC One is being updated to Android 4.3 with an OTA update, the new build number is 3.17.502.3. It’s a hefty 565.7 MB file which needs to be downloaded. In case you haven’t received the Android 4.3 OTA check using AT&T software update.

In case you are s-off and do not want to risk losing s-off you can follow the instructions here to update to Android 4.3.

The full RUU is available for download but please note running the full RUU will update the hboot version to 1.55.0000 and will prevent s-off via moonshine or revone. Factory image of Android 4.3 for the Verizon Galaxy Nexus is not available from Google as now, but if you are rooted and have a custom recovery installed all you need to do is follow the instructions here and viola you will be running Android 4.3 on your Verizon Galaxy Nexus.

Just to add this is not a rom port, this has been built from source.

Hours after Android 4.3 for the Nexus 4 was leaked we now have a flashable zip available for download. For those of you who don’t know a flashable zip is a file which you can flash from a custom recovery like CWM and TWRP. Please make sure to do a factory reset.
