Starting yesterday 09/27/2013 AT&T is offering LG G2 in White color.  Pricing remains the same- $199.99 on 2-year contract , $449.99 on 1-year contract or $574.99 if you want to buy it outright.

The LG G2 supposedly has a removable back, all you need to do is to get your fingernail between the back and the front from the side and then remove the clips. You need to be slow and careful as you may crack the back but there is no glue below the back. Why have the peeps over at xda been doing this, well because the back on the LG G2 is apparently a fingerprint magnet.

People have been removing the back on there LG G2′s and buffing it with grade 0 steel wool so as to give it a matte finish. Some  peeps have been plasti dipping the back and some even plan on painting the back and giving it a new paint job.

LG Electronics UK posted a one minute log video explaining QuickWindow Case — an accessory for its newly launched Android smartphone LG G2.

Window on the cover of Quickwindow case displays information like clock, weather report, alarm, mussic player and details on incoming calls & text messages. LG says users can view this information seamlessly with a light swipe of a finger without having to open cover flap. QuickWindow case will be available in 7 different colors – black, white, pink, purple, blue, mint and yellow.

Verizon LG G2 is getting an OTA update VS98011A, no changelog available as of now so we do not know what the update is for. One thing we know is that the update does not break root, but we do recommend you to be careful as it may break the lokified twrp recovery.

TWRP Recovery is now available for the LG G2, even those with locked bootloaders (AT&T and Verizon) can also install TWRP recovery. The version of TWRP is already patched with Loki for AT&T and Verizon LG G2 owners so you need not worry about running loki after flashing a ROM (even though as of now no roms are available but it shouldn’t take long for roms to come up).

Keep in mind you need to be rooted. Here is how to root your LG G2. Once rooted follow the below steps:-

1. Download and Install Flashify from here
2. Download the TWRP recovery Image for your LG G2 (AT&T and Verizon users from here and others from here). Move the image to your phone.
3. Run Flashify app and give it root access
4. Choose the image file download above in the app and flash
5. Boom, you now have TWRP recovery

Please note as of now AT&T and Verizon LG G2 have no custom roms so do not flash anything from recovery.
