On the same day of Nexus 5 release ,Google posted factory image and binaries of Nexus 5 ( codenamed Hammerhead ) on Google Developers website. Binaries includes the drivers from Broadcom , LG and Qualcomm as well.

Google also posted Android 4.4 KitKat factory image ( version KRT16M ) It is about 424 MB in size.
