The Nexus 5 is getting tough to hide, after leaking on Kitkat video, FCC and recently at a bar we now have an alleged press render of the Nexus 5 leaking in the wild.

Looks like the Nexus 5 will be made by LG after all. The device with model number as D820 passed through FCC. The back of the device line up the image of Nexus 5 from the KitKat unveiling video.
