Within few hours of Android 4.3 update started rolling out as OTA for Google Edition HTC One devices, A rooted Android 4.3 ROM is made available for all variants of HTC One. Turge, a recognized developer and member of Team Venom posted Android 4.3 ROM for HTC One with instructions on how to root.

Head over to this post in HTC One Android development forum at XDA for downloading ROM and instructions on how to flash it to your device. A wipe of data partition is needed if you are coming from a Sense ROM. Do a android backup , flash 4.3 ROM and enjoy the Android 4.3 experience on your HTC One.

Update 2 :: It seems the ROM is not flashing for some. You can find backup dumps restore -able through TWRP or CWM recovery here.
