Most of by buddies know I am sucker for red phones, so just a few minutes ago one of my buddies Mike pointed me to a red Oppo Find 5. Yes peeps, it’s the Oppo Find 5 in red, this is going to be a limited edition phone and should be coming out pretty soon.

The Oppo Find 5 is no bummer of a phone, I had one and trust me I rate the Oppo Find 5 higher than the Samsung Galaxy S4 & HTC One having had all three of them. The only device which I have used that I would rate above the Oppo Find 5 is my Droid DNA. The only con of the Oppo Find 5 is that it’s a bit on the heavier side.

Enough of comparing, let’s have some more pictures of the red Oppo Find 5 :-

So you love CyanogenMod, you want AOKP and you just drool over Paranoid Android but you can run only one of them at one time, right? Wrong, PACman ROM is now available for Oppo Find 5.

PACman ROM brings to you the features of CyanogenMod, AOKP and Paranoid Android in one single ROM, so you don’t have to worry about missing either of them. Even though I am not an Android developer but I am pretty sure merging code from various other sources and not breaking anything is pretty hard, so creating PACman rom for any device won’t be easy. Below are the features of PACman ROM:-

* All in One Rom [CM, AOKP and PA]
* PhoneUI, TabletUI, PhabletUI
* Latest Version 22.0.1
* Some Features from AOKP
* All Feautures from PA
* All Features from CM
* Of course JellyBean 4.2.2

Download links and installations instructions can be found here.

The Oppo Find 5 is the new kid on the block and everyone seems to love him, recently the Oppo Find 5 got official CyanogenMod love , well now we have a build of Paranoid Android available for the Oppo Find 5.

Not much details are available as to what works and what not, from the comments it’s pretty clear that camera does not work. The good news though is Oppo Find 5 gets paranoid on Paranoid Android. With all the love Oppo Find 5 is getting from developers I am not sure how long I can hold myself from getting my hands on an Oppo Find 5.

Looks like the devs over at CyanogenMod found love in the Oppo Find 5, we now have official CyanogenMod 10.1 experimental build for the Oppo Find 5.

The builds are experimental as of now but once bugs are squashed out we can expect nightly builds as well. There are a few known issues :-

- Audio isn’t routed to earbuds when you plug one
- Some Camera features might not be available yet (especially video recording)
- Rotating screen while playing a video in the gallery will result in a freeze of the screen (you can rotate it, but the video must be paused). It works fine on YouTube however.

The above issues should not stop you from giving the ROM a try. Here is a video of Official CyanogenMod 10.1 on the Oppo Find 5.

For all those of you who want to get the maximum out of your phone a custom kernel is now available for the Find 5, the developer of the kernel is trying to bring to the Find 5 what faux123 brought to his custom kernels for the Nexus 4.

Head over to the original thread over at xda for more details.
